Growth Heroes' Trailhead Day 2022: Winter Edition

February 11th was a day of continued learning as we remain dedicated to maintaining and expanding our skills.

We are a team dedicated to continuing our learning and experience each and every day. That’s why we took a full day to focus on learning new skills and sharpening our current ones. Putting full attention to training helps our team feel more confident in their work. This dedication to training is a core part of the Growth Heroes company culture. Being able to master our tools and skills is what helps us stand out so that we can be confident that we are delivering the best solution possible for our clients.

Here’s a recap of what our team was able to accomplish with this training day:

Jim earned his Sharing & Visibility Certificate! After spending the morning going through multiple study guides and building up his test taking confidence, he passed with flying colors! His day didn’t end there… he then continued reading materials that will lead him to his next certification in Service Cloud! Way to go Jim, we can’t wait to see that next certification!
Carissa went diving into prepping for her Focus on Force Platform App Builder certification. With this dedicated learning time she’s ready to put her knowledge to the test. Looking forward to seeing an update soon that you’ve added another certification to your profile!
Ryan completed multiple practice exams for Sharing & Visibility. His certification test is just days away, let that knowledge shine Ryan! Having this day to dedicate to certification preparation helps the team build confidence not just in their technical skills but also their test taking skills.

Matt set the record for most Trailhead points earned across the team! With a total of 5,050 points in one day he was able to add seven badges to his profile. These trails were focused around Field Service Lightning. Impressive scores Matt!
Chance was taking on Platform Developer 1 practice exams as he is looking to that for his next certification. He has ambitious goals for earning Platform Developer 1, Sharing & Visibility, and his Service Cloud Consultant certifications. With the practice exams, Chance also spent time learning about Javascript Training Investigation. Can’t wait to see what you’re able to do with all that you have in the works!
Luke went to town in trailhead gaining six new badges and earning 4,725 points! He’s working on catching up with current certifications and spent time looking into Lightning Designs, Org Development models, and SOQL. Luke enjoyed being able to reinforce his skills and learn unexpected tips and tricks.

Phylicia began tackling trail-mixes focused on Pardot as she looks to the Pardot specialist certification. Picking up four new badges to add to her profile, she’s well on her way to becoming a marketing automation expert!
Amanda caught up with some new Pardot functionality around business units, analytics dashboards, and automations as she prepares for the Pardot consultant certification. Also taking a look into Salesforce admin trails as she looks forward with developing her skill set. Earning 11 badges, and ranking up to Mountaineer, Amanda is ready to show off her knowledge with a new certification.
