We give back to our communities

Since 2020, Growth Heroes has participated in Pledge 1%, a global movement that empowers companies to dedicate a portion of their resources to nonprofits and community organizations. For us, this commitment isn’t a box to check; it’s a meaningful extension of our values and how we show up for the people and places that shape our work.

Each year, we donate to organizations chosen by our team, support causes close to home, and look for new ways to expand our impact. Together, these efforts create a ripple effect that strengthens our communities and reflects what we stand for as a company.

Why we joined Pledge 1%

We joined Pledge 1% with a simple belief: when you invest in your community, everyone benefits. The model is flexible, sustainable, and easy to maintain — making it possible for every Growth Heroes team member to help shape where and how we give.

Over the years, our participation has evolved to include not only financial contributions but also hands-on service and deeper partnerships with nonprofits doing essential work.

“I first volunteered with Project Hospitality alongside classmates of mine, so I was able to do some good with people close to me. I’ve enjoyed volunteering there a few times, knowing the work I was doing would go right back into my own community. Thanks to Growth Heroes for continuing to support Project Hospitality’s work.”

Empowering service through paid volunteer time

In 2025, we expanded our commitment by introducing a paid volunteer day, giving every team member the opportunity to spend a workday serving a nonprofit of their choice.

Whether that means

  • helping package meals at a local food bank,
  • supporting youth programs and school initiatives,
  • spending time with animals at a rescue shelter, or
  • participating in neighborhood clean-ups.

Our goal is simple: empower our teammates to make a difference in the ways that matter most to them.

This initiative has quickly become one of our most meaningful employee benefits, and one we plan to grow in the years ahead.

“I am a proud board member of Kid Power, Inc. and I am so grateful to Growth Heroes for joining me in support of their mission. Through Kid Power programs, thousands of Washington, DC youth are given the opportunity to strengthen their academic, social-emotional, physical, and advocacy skills each year.”

Partner with a team that invests in community impact

We have fun while we’re giving back! Growth Heroes teammates and Dayspring Center board and committee members attended the Dayspring Center’s 80’s prom fundraiser in Indianapolis in 2025.

We’re proud to support nonprofits and community organizations not just through donations and service days, but by helping them build systems that amplify their mission long-term.

If you’re looking for a Salesforce partner who understands the realities of mission-driven work — from program management to impact reporting — we’d love to connect.
