Jim founded Growth Heroes in 2012, focused on doing meaningful work: helping small companies leverage software to compete and scale faster. A Salesforce user since 2003, Jim is skilled at executive alignment and unifying a single process across an entire organization. He can break down barriers to change and help people see the value in standardizing.

Working with Jim, you’ll get a helpful problem solver who values transparency, honesty, and integrity and works hands-on with clients. Jim is an Eagle Scout, and on weekends, you can usually find him camping, hiking, or sailing.
