Meet Jim.

Jim founded Growth Heroes in 2012 with a mission to assist small companies in leveraging software to enhance their competitiveness and scalability. With nearly two decades of experience as a Salesforce user, Jim excels at aligning executives and standardizing processes across organizations. His expertise lies in breaking barriers to change and demonstrating the value of unified and efficient operations. Working with Jim, you’ll get a helpful problem solver who values transparency, honesty, and integrity and works hands-on with clients. 

Previously, Jim ran the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis, a nonprofit, as a startup advisor. He also volunteered on the board of the Venture Club, as a Startup Weekend advisor, and the Indiana Biomedical Entrepreneurship Network to help scientists with commercializing their inventions. Jim is an Eagle Scout, and on weekends, you can usually find him camping, hiking, or sailing.
