Growth Heroes Pledges over $6000 to Local Nonprofits

Growth Heroes had the opportunity to donate over $6000 and dozens of volunteer hours to nine impactful organizations.

As dedicated Pledge 1% partners, Growth Heroes had the opportunity to donate over $6000 and dozens of volunteer hours to nine impactful organizations that are changing the lives of people in our communities.

Pledge 1% encourages and empowers companies of all sizes to donate 1% of their staff time, product, profit, and equity to charity.

To choose which nonprofits to donate to, each team member selected an organization they are passionate about. Our shared desire to support people doing great work in our communities strengthens our company culture.

“Growth Heroes’ commitment to Pledge 1% was one of the reasons I was so excited to work here,” said team member Cassidy Belk. “The team genuinely cares about what happens in their communities, and we love that our company will support what matters to us.”
